    Archive Journal of Empirical Research on Law in Action

    The Journal of Empirical Research on Law in Action (Recht der Werkelijkheid) is the journal of the Dutch Association for the Socio-Legal Study of Law (VSR). Since 2010, Recht der Werkelijkheid has been published by Boom Publishers. The journal provides an interdisciplinary platform for reflection on topics such as sociology of law, legal anthropology, public administration, law and  economics, and legal psychology.

    The journal is a continuation of the Nieuwsbrief voor Nederlandstalige Rechtssociologen (NNR), which was published from 1979 to 1985. This archive has been made possible through the efforts of KU Leuven Libraries, who contributed to digitizing and making the older issues available.
